  • Payment

    Payment is due on the day of service.

    We are currently only accepting cash or checks.

    Debit or credit cards are not accepted.

  • Cancellation Policy

    All appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance of your massage in order to avoid any late cancellation fees.

  • Late Arrivals

    We are not able to extend your session length if you arrive late. You will be charged the full price of the original session time booked. We reserve the right to treat your appointment as a no-show and late cancel if we do not hear from you after 15 minutes of your scheduled start time.

  • Health & Safety Protocols

    Hand sanitizer is available in every treatment room.

    Rooms and massage tables are disinfected after every client.

    Clean blankets and linens are always provided for every client.

    Please let your therapist know if you’d prefer them to wear a mask during your session.

  • Insurance

    We do not currently accept insurance, but can provide receipts to you for reimbursement.

  • Session Policy

    Please be aware that in a professional relationship, sexual intimacy, sexual innuendos, inappropriate comments,  and/or touching are never appropriate. If this occurs, the session will be terminated immediately and will be reported to the proper agency.

    Draping (being covered by a sheet) is required at all times for all treatment sessions and ensures the safety and security of the Therapists and clients.

    We reserve the right to end an appointment at any time if they feel threatened, or uncomfortable, or if they feel the client is acting inappropriately.
